Salute to Martyrs, is not just a series it’s a soul-stirring journey that comes to an end today as we share our last episode. But is this really ‘the end’? We don’t think so. Martyrdom is not just an act of sacrificing one’s life, for us its enthusiasm, passion & a strong sentiment that dwells in every one of us. The chivalry of our soldiers, the courage & fervor of their families makes our nation resilient every moment, every day.
In our Last episode we met the family of Captain Jahanzeb Shaheed, who embraced martyrdom on 2nd Feb 2011, during an operation in Mohmand agency, North Waziristan. Captain Jahanzeb Shaheed, was awarded Sitara-e-Basalat for the gallantry he showed throughout his tenure & during the operation that led to his Shahadat.
